Our Team

Certified Veterinary Technician,
B.S. Animal Health Science

Cait is our Certified Veterinary Technician and wonderful example of professionalism in medical care. Her work with animals started in 2010, volunteering at both the local animal shelter and native species zoo in Orange County, CA. She went on to graduate from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in 2015 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Animal Health Science.

Her passion is in exploring animal behavior through environmental enrichment and positive reinforcement.

Veterinary Assistant

Adriana was born and raised in Portland and loves all the outdoor options Oregon has to offer. She moved to Bend 3 years ago and enjoys the abundant sunshine we get. She recently graduated from the Penn Foster veterinary assistant program and is applying her new knowledge to every appointment.

She adores animals and has a life goal of visiting a zoo in every state, so far she has made it to 8 state zoos! She spends her free time hiking, spelunking, and cooking. She enjoys trying out new recipes and creating delicious healthy meals.

Motivation comes from working on things we care about. It also comes from working with people we care about.

Lead Client Services Representative

Lilly is our lead client service representative (CSR.) A fun fact is that she started out as a client herself. In December of 2022, she called us seeking help with her sick kitten. After a few months of experience with
staff and observing how we care for patients, she was encouraged to apply!

Joining us from a local pet store that emphasized training in “biologically appropriate” diets for pets, she’s knowledgeable about raw food and our other retail products. Lilly has had pets her whole life, and has developed an appreciation and passion for integrative veterinary care.

When not at work, you’ll find her hanging with her 3 tabby rescue cats (Josie, Silas & Mozie!), hiking, or on her paddle board. But, let’s be honest, she’s probably with her cats…

Certified Veterinary Technician

Mollee recently graduated from COCC as a Certified Veterinary Technician. While her veterinary interest started at an early age, her background is physical therapy. After graduating from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, she worked in physical therapy for 6 years before going back to school to become a CVT and ultimately pursue canine rehabilitation. Mollee has seen the positive impact that physical therapy, therapeutic modalities and a movement-based lifestyle can have on humans, and knows our companions are no different! She understands the value of integrative veterinary medicine and a multimodal approach to wellness.

As an Oregonian, she loves all things outdoors – sun or snow! She enjoys life in Bend with her husband and two dogs, Sage and Copper. Mollee is excited to be a part of your pet’s journey at Elevate!

Veterinary Assistant

Michaela has been involved with animals since high school where she volunteered at a local hospital and got to see surgeries and rehabilitation appointments. She got her Bachelor Degree in Pre-Veterinary Science at the University of Nevada, Reno. She has spent the last 10 years working in pet stores and learning about dog and cat nutrition and the benefits of feeding a natural diet to our pets. She loves learning about all kinds of new integrative modalities and she even has a Certificate in Animal Massage which she uses to help dogs and cats with their mobility. She loves getting outside with her animals whenever she can. Hiking and paddleboarding with her dogs are her favorites!

Certified Veterinary Technician

Katie started working with animals at a veterinary clinic in Illinois 15 years ago and hasn’t looked back since. In 2018 she decided to pursue an online veterinary technician program through San Juan College. After graduating the Veterinary Technician program, she has explored all areas of veterinary medicine from shelter work to Internal Medicine and everything in between. Katie’s true passion is the patients themselves. She strives every day to provide the best experience for our patients and make sure they are comfortable during their time at the clinic, while providing comprehensive medical care.  She loves the all encompassing approach at Elevate that starts with nutrition as the building blocks for a healthy pet and then utilizes a wide variety of modalities to provide pets with all the options to find what works for them. When she’s not at the clinic giving out cookies to any patient that asks, she is enjoying the Oregon Coast with her husband and their two rescue pittie mixes Ginny and Petey. She also can be found enjoying every single sport Central Oregon offers such as snowboarding in the backcountry, back packing through the mountains, and kayaking on the rivers and lakes.

Veterinary Assistant

Kirsten has no idea why she is working at Elevate, they must have been real desperate. What
does she bring to the team, the unique ability to be a cookie pusher.
Kirsten started working in the field over 15 years ago, working at a local humane society, an
equine clinic, and at a small animal clinic. She has spent time volunteering with the pinnipeds
and sea otters at the Oregon Coast Aquarium and with sea turtles in Costa Rica. While she
stepped away from vet med for some time to pursue a career in education, she always knew
she’d return to the field. Her professional interests are in animal behavior and rehab medicine
and is currently working on her certification in Canine Rehab.
Kirsten lives in Bend with her husband, cat and two dogs. She enjoys spending time outdoors
trail running, hiking, biking and on the water with her dogs and husband.

Certified Veterinary Technician

Katie began working in veterinary medicine in 2010 after graduating from Hawaii Pacific
University with her B.S in Marine Biology. She was trained on the job at a busy clinic and loved
working in the field so much that she has continued her career as a veterinary
technician/assistant since then.
Throughout the years she has also served in the Army National Guard and has worked in fisheries supporting the salmon population. She has also worked with giraffes and chimpanzees. However, she always came back to veterinary medicine, and has a cumulative total of over 8 years in the field. Her interest in integrative medicine started early in her training, when she worked with several veterinarian acupuncturists, and repeatedly saw its benefits in patients.
In her free time, you can find Katie outdoors hiking, backpacking, paddleboarding, or spending
time with her golden retriever, Chloe.

Veterinary Assistant

Erica began her career in the veterinary field in 1998 and has never looked back. She loves all creatures but has a huge soft spot for the senior patients. Erica is known for giving too many treats and kisses to your furry kids so watch out! On her off days, you can usually find her off in the woods camping with her 5 dogs.

Client Service Representative

Rachel is one of our Client Service Representatives. She moved to Central Oregon in 2005 after completing her Veterinary Assistant degree from PIMA Medical Institute in Seattle, Washington. She worked at another local clinic for several years, before transitioning to early childhood education after having her own children. In 2024, she came back to the veterinary field after realizing her true passion lies with animals.

Rachel has two teenage daughters (who take up all of her time!), three dogs, two cats, and a horse, Gigi, that is a part of the Healing Reigns program. In her spare time (or lack thereof) she is at the softball field or the barn watching her kids do what they love.
